Jerry, Coffee added to your compost pile will add nitrogen. Brewed coffee grounds are best worked into the soil a bit as a conditioner (for areation). Evidentally, worms love this stuff, and will be attracted to it in the soil, that's where you'll get the real benefit! Thanks for your post
How about coffee grinds? I always feel guilty throwing them out.
